Full Service Landscape Maintenance
Our full-service landscape maintenance program offers everything your property needs throughout the growing season. From fertilization and aeration to seeding, mowing, and routine maintenance— It’s the seamless, hands-off solution you need to keep your lawn looking pristine spring through fall.
What's Included?
Our program covers the essential services needed to keep your landscape looking its best all year round, including:
LAWN MOWING - Our weekly mowing service runs from April through October, providing a consistent, uniform cut along with edging and full cleanup of clippings, sticks, and debris to keep your lawn looking neat and polished.
FERTILIZATION - Our fertilization service includes a 13-step fertility program designed to keep your lawn healthy, lush, and vibrant. Application begins in February and continues throughout the season to support strong root development, consistent growth, and long-term lawn health throughout the year.
WEED CONTROL - Our weed control program includes two post-emergence weed control lawn applications each year—one in early summer and another prior to seeding. The program also includes four fungicide treatments throughout the growing season to protect your lawn from common turf diseases. Sidewalks, driveways, and flower bed will be sprayed as needed to control weeds.
AERATION - Our fall aeration service is designed to relieve soil compaction and allow air, water, and nutrients to reach the root system. This process helps strengthen your lawn and prepares it for successful overseeding.
OVERSEEDING - Our overseeding service takes place each October using premium turf-type fescue seed to help thicken your lawn and improve overall density.
MULCH INSTALLATION - Mulched areas will be refreshed once per year using premium dyed brown mulch to ensure a clean, finished appearance while helping retain soil moisture and suppress weeds
PRUNING & TRIMMING - Pruning and trimming services are performed as needed to maintain the health, shape, and appearance of shrubs and landscape plants.
BED MAINTENANCE - Bed maintenance services include seasonal annuals planted twice per year, and river rock areas are cleaned twice per year to maintain a fresh, polished appearance.
LEAF REMOVAL - Leaf removal services are performed weekly during peak season to keep your property clean, tidy, and free of leaf buildup.
